THE SPINIFEX SHEDS RACE DAY GIVEAWAY

SPINIFEX SHEDS COMPETITION (COMPETITION).

Below are the terms and conditions for the Competition. By submitting an entry for the Competition, you
agree to be bound to these terms and conditions.
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants
agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. The Organisers are SNK CONSTRUCTION PTY LTD ABN 32 614 902 073.

1 COMPETITION PERIOD

The Competition will commence on 3 March 2026 at 9:00AM AWST and end on 29 May 2026 at
2:00PM AWST (Competition Period).

2 ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS

(a) Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants).
(b) Directors, management and employees of the Organisers and their immediate family are
not eligible to enter the Competition. In addition, retailers, suppliers, associated entities
and agencies engaged by or related to the Competition are ineligible to enter.

(c) For the purposes of clause 2(b), “immediate family” includes a person’s spouse, ex-
spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent,

grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin, whether or not they live in
the same household.
(d) Entry into the Competition is obtained by purchasing a complete package (as described
in clause 3(b)) at its normal retail price. No additional payment or fee is required to enter
the Competition. Eligible Entrants are responsible for any reasonable costs associated
with the purchase and submission of their entry.

3 SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRY CRITERIA AND VALID ENTRIES

(a) For the avoidance of doubt, the Competition is not a game of skill and chance entirely
determines the identity of the winner.
(b) Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Competition upon:
(i) entering into a binding contract to purchase a complete package (including
council, concrete, installation and shed kit) (Contract) from the Organiser;
(ii) the Contract relating to a property located in Western Australia; and
(iii) payment of the required deposit in accordance with the Contract,
during the Competition Period.

(c) Only one (1) entry per Contract is permitted. Where multiple individuals are parties to the
same Contract, the Organiser may require one nominated individual to be recorded as
the Eligible Entrant.
(d) An entry will be deemed valid only if:
(i) the Contract is duly executed;
(ii) the deposit has been received as cleared funds; and
(iii) the Eligible Entrant satisfies the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.
(e) Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or not made in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid at the Organiser’s discretion.

(f) If the underlying Contract is terminated, rescinded, cancelled, or otherwise does not
proceed (other than due to the Organiser’s breach), the Organiser reserves the right to
invalidate the corresponding entry.

4 PRIZES

(a) There will be 13 grand prizes and 5 bonus prizes, with the winners randomly selected
(Prize).
(b) The grand prizes are: 13 x 2026 Perth Super 440 Double Sunday Supercars Hospitality
Experiences (2 August 2026), valued at $1,600 each (Grand Prize).
(c) The bonus prizes are:
(i) 1 x 2026 Perth Super 440 Double Grid Walk Experience (estimated value
$400);
(ii) 2 x 2026 Perth Super 440 Standard Hot Laps (estimated value $400 each); and
(iii) 2 x 2026 Perth Super 440 Hot Laps with Lochie Dalton (estimated value $800
each),
each to take place during the 2026 Perth Super 440 event (exact date to be
confirmed by the Organisers), (each a Bonus Prize).
If entry to the 2026 Perth Super 440 event is required in order to redeem or
participate in a Bonus Prize and is not otherwise included as part of the relevant
experience, the Organisers will provide the winner with a standard general
admission ticket for the relevant day.

(d) Prizes must be taken as offered and are non-refundable and non-redeemable for other
goods or services.
(e) Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Prize is subject to standard terms and conditions
of each individual prize service provider, and may be subject to third party waivers.
(f) The Competition and the Prize are not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated or administered by,
or associated with, Perth Super 440, or any other third-party provider.
(g) All taxes and local government fees (excluding GST) that may be payable as a
consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
(h) The Organisers are not liable for any loss or damage (even if caused by negligence) as a
result of any winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law.
(i) Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Organisers make no promise or guarantee
regarding the suitability of any Prize and that any products or services received as a
consequence of winning any Prize are not the responsibility of the Organisers.

5 DRAWING OF PRIZES

(a) One (1) Grand Prize winner will be drawn each week until all Grand Prizes have been
awarded. Draws will take place at 10:00am AWST on Mondays, starting the first Monday
after the Competition Period commences and continuing each week until all prizes are
awarded, and in any event within one (1) month of the close of the Competition Period.
The draws will be held at 16b Haydock St, Forrestdale, WA 6112.
(b) This Competition will operate on a rolling draw basis. All valid entries received prior to
each weekly draw will be included in that draw.
(c) Unless selected as a winner, Eligible Entrants will remain eligible and automatically
included in subsequent weekly draws during the Competition Period.
(d) Bonus Prize winner(s) will be drawn in the first week of June 2026 at 10:00am AWST at
16b Haydock St, Forrestdale, WA 6112, and in any event within one (1) month of the
close of the Competition Period.
(e) Only Eligible Entrants who have not won a Grand Prize during the Competition Period will
be eligible to win a Bonus Prize.
(f) An Eligible Entrant may win only one (1) Grand Prize during the Competition. An Eligible
Entrant who wins a Grand Prize will not be eligible to win a Bonus Prize.
(g) No Eligible Entrant may win more than one (1) Bonus Prize.
(h) Each draw will be conducted by random selection using an electronic random number
generator, ensuring that chance alone determines the winner.

6 ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

(a) Winners will be announced via the Organiser’s Facebook page, via Facebook Live (Live
Stream). Winners will be contacted via phone during the Live Stream.
(b) In the event a Winner does not pick up the phone call during the Live Stream, the
Organiser will leave them a voicemail (if possible) and send them an email.
(c) Winners will be notified how the Prize needs to be claimed or accepted.

7 PRIZE SUBSTITUTION

(a) In the event that any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the
Organisers’ control, the Organisers may, at their absolute discretion, substitute a prize (or
the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value.
(b) The Prize is not redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

8 UNCLAIMED PRIZES

(a) The Organisers will use their best endeavours to contact the winners of a Prize using the
contact details provided in their entry. However the Organisers will not be liable for the
winners’ failure to receive a notification of winning if they provided incorrect contact
details, their email security settings caused the notification to enter the spam or junk
folder, or if they have not updated their domain or email subscription to receive the
notification.
(b) If a prize is not accepted or claimed within 7 days from written receipt by the Organisers,
the winners will no longer be entitled to the prize. If the winners fail to comply with the
instructions in a written notification on claiming the prize, the winners’ entry will be
disqualified and they will not be entitled to the applicable prize.
(c) If the winners do not accept or claim a prize in accordance with clause (b), then the prize
can no longer be redeemed by the winners. The Organisers reserve the right to appoint
new winners at random from all Eligible Entrants.

9 USE OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

(a) Personal information including Eligible Entrants’ names, addresses, telephone numbers
and emails will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition.
This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the
Organisers’ agents or third-party service providers, for the purposes of conducting the
Competition or for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media
(Purpose).
(b) By entering this Competition, the Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal
information for the Purpose, and that the Organisers may contact them for the
Competition and future marketing and material purposes without payment. Eligible
Entrants agree that the Organisers may use this information for that purpose and to
promote the Organiser’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote
third party goods and services it may be interested in.
(c) Eligible Entrants agree that the Organisers may use this information for that purpose and
disclose it to other organisations or persons, including overseas service providers that
may use it in any media for the Purpose.
(d) The Organisers may contact the Eligible Entrants to participate in publicity, photography
and any other promotional activity as the Organisers reasonably require without any
compensation.
(e) Eligible Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information by
emailing the Organisers at office@spinifexsheds.com.au. A copy of the Organisers’
Privacy Policy is available athttps://spinifexsheds.com.au/privacy-policy/ . The Privacy
Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal
information or make a privacy related complaint.

10 GENERAL CONDITIONS

(a) The Organisers’ decision to award any prize to a particular entry is final and binding and
no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any disputes associated with the
Organisers’ decisions.
(b) The Organisers accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other
communications.
(c) Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is
the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Organisers. A request to access or modify
any information provided as part of the redemption of a prize should be directed to the
Organisers.
(d) The Organisers may at their absolute discretion request verification of any personal
information of Eligible Entrants provided for the purposes of the Competition and
arranging a prize, including but not limited to bank account details.
(e) The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these terms
and conditions, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and
conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the fair and
proper conduct of this Competition. Failure by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights
does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
(f) By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree that these terms
and conditions, the Competition and the consequences of receiving a prize may be
subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers such as Perth Super
440, social media platforms, video platforms, payment providers (Third Party Terms).
The Organisers will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Eligible Entrants
in connection with such Third Party Terms.
(g) Participants in the Competition may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and
other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by the
Organisers. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory
rights in any way.
(h) However, to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clause 10(i), the total
liability of each party in respect of loss or damage sustained by the other party in
connection with these terms is limited to $100AUD.
(i) The Organisers will not liable for performance delays nor for non-performance due to
causes beyond their reasonable control, including any decision of a government authority
in relation to COVID-19, epidemic or pandemic. If the Competition is not capable of
running as planned, the Organisers reserve the right in its sole discretion to take any
action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Competition, or amend these terms and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited
by law.
(j) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applying in Western Australia.
